Eat plenty of fresh fruit and plenty of vegetables such as lettuce, cabbage, carrots and peas. You can also make moisturising face masks using ingredients in your home. Try this: ½ Cup of Oatmeal 1 Cup of Natural Yogurt 2 tbsp of Honey Apply this to your face and leave for ¼ of an hour before wiping away with a flannel soaked in warm water. Another superb moisturising face mask for dry skin is this: ½ pureed Avocado ¼ Cup of Honey Apply to your face and leave for 10 minutes before wiping away with a flannel soaked in cold water. |
